The quarter-finals and the semi-finals will be held as best-of-three.
- The first game is a home game for the better placed team and must be played between Friday and Sunday as stated in the official calendar.
- The second game must take place between Friday and Saturday of the week after the first meeting.
- The eventual third game must be played on the Sunday of the same weekend of the second meeting.
This is not binding if the two teams agree on different dates for the games mentioned above.
All games in the quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals must end with a winner. In the event of a tie at the end of the regulation, overtime will be played according to C.I.B. rules. In the event of a further tie, a penalty shootout with five shots per team will take place, according to C.I.B. rules.
